Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our policy is that patients pay for their services at the time they are rendered, with the exception of patients covered by auto accident and workers' compensation policies.
Insurance
Because insurance benefits vary so greatly and most insurance companies cover very little chiropractic care, our patients are asked to pay for their services at the time they are rendered. As a courtesy, our office will submit health insurance claims on our patients' behalf and assist our patients in receiving the benefits that they are entitled to. We do accept auto accident and workers' compensation patients and will wait for their insurance to pay for their services.
No Insurance
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
Pre-Payment Plans
Individualized, discounted pre-payment plans are available through our office. Your Doctor will be glad to discuss the different options with you based upon the treatment plan that is recommended for you
Family Plans
Our focus at Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center is to actively help you and your family in taking responsiblity for your health and wellness. We assist and guide you to take the time to care for the important people in your world: you and your family. In an effort to make living the wellnes lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family plan that is specific to you and your family.

MARINATED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Hands-on time: 20 minutes
Chill 4 hours before serving
Serves 8
• Generously salted water to cover
• 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, preferably fresh of about equal size (frozen
sprouts also work)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard
• ½ teaspoon salt & sugar
• ¼ teaspoon oregano & thyme
• Salt & pepper to taste
Bring water to a boil. If using fresh sprouts, trim stem ends, remove outer
leaves and cut an X into core with tip of a knife (this promotes even cooking).
Cook for 6 – 8 minutes until cooked but still bright green. Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add hot sprouts, stir several times. Chill
for 4 hours before serving.
