Dear Morgan:

I wanted to personally thank you for coming to our office last week to provide our staff with free chair massages. This was part of our Office Professionals week and I know it was one of their favorite things of the week. You provided a relaxing atmosphere and stress relief to our staff. It was a great way for us to show them appreciation for all of their hard work. There was definitely a calm throughout the office for the remainder of the day!

All of you were so great to work with. It was so simple to schedule and you were extremely accommodating to our needs.

Again, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to provide our staff with such a wonderful gift!

 Very truly yours,

Dear Morgan & Dr. Fargo,

Wellness is such a critical focus for businesses right now. Being able to provide free massages to our employees and planning future lunch-n-learns for further education are just the right pieces to incorporate into our overall Wellness Program. Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents with our employees during a very stressful and busy season in our office. You provided expert care and much needed relaxation time for our employees. The entire process of organizing the event was quick and easy. Your professionalism and flexibility to accommodate our specific needs was tremendous. You were both an absolute joy to work with, and we look forward to future wellness events with your organization!

With sincere thanks,

Gretchen Thompson, Regional Human Resource Manager

Dr. Fargo,

Our thanks to you and your staff for your presentation on how to help manage our health by eating healthy, exercising, and managing our life-style. You gave us a lot of good information. The attendees also had good questions. It was generous of you to invite us, plus treat us to lunch. I enjoyed working with Morgan. She was very efficient helping us put this togehter! Thank you again.

Dear Morgan:

On behalf of the staff of Learning Strategies Corporation, I'd like to thank you and Dr. Tim Fargo for arranging the Lunch and Learn Program at our office.

Learning Strategies instituted a Wellness Program for our employees earlier this year, and Dr. Fargo's topic, "Stay Fit While You Sit", was the perfect complement to our September theme, "Is Your Spine Fine?" Dr. Fargo's talk was not only informative but entertaining as well. His passion for the message and his presentation style held everyone's interest. Our employees received a lot of valuable information they could use immediately in the office, In addition to the presentation, several employees took Dr. Fargo up on his offer to evaluate their workstation, which was much appreciated by those he assisted.

Thanks again for the delicious lunch and valuable information. We will call on the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center again in the future!

Sincerely,

Sharon Tiegs

Recipe of the Week:

MARINATED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Hands-on time: 20 minutes
Chill 4 hours before serving
Serves 8
• Generously salted water to cover
• 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, preferably fresh of about equal size (frozen sprouts also work)

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon dry mustard
• ½ teaspoon salt & sugar
• ¼ teaspoon oregano & thyme
• Salt & pepper to taste
Bring water to a boil. If using fresh sprouts, trim stem ends, remove outer leaves and cut an X into core with tip of a knife (this promotes even cooking). Cook for 6 – 8 minutes until cooked but still bright green. Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add hot sprouts, stir several times. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
