Father’s Day Workout

A great way to celebrate Father’s Day!  An impromptu Father/kiddo exercise session. Get that dad bod! 

I split my workout into 3 separate super sets:

  • Exercise 1a: Pushups (Weighted with two children)
  • Exercise 1b: Squats (Weighted with two children)
    10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps
  • Exercise 2a: Sumo bucket deadlifts (5-gallon bucket of rocks/sand)
  • Exercise 2b: Play set inverted rows.
    10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps
  • Exercise 3a: Walking with weight (Wallace=25lbs)
  • Exercise 3b: Tree branch neutral grip pull-ups
    5 rounds walking 30 yards with 5 pull-ups.
